All trademarks belong to their rightful owners. QZMasters.com may provide links to websites which are not controlled by QZMasters.com. QZMasters.com cannot guarantee that the content found on third party links linked via QZMasters.com is accurate or up to date, neither that the websites follow the same privacy agreement and security measures as QZMasters.com. The address holder is responsible for the content inside the link.
QZMasters.com is not liable for any damage that it caused by an unpreventable obstacle, unpredicted event or a change in circumstances that cannot be influenced by QZMasters.com and which QZMasters.com cannot prevent reasonably. These are for example, but not exclusively legal strikes, warfare, fire, weather phenomenon, terror strikes, changes in legislation, technical problems, communication errors, supplier difficulties, or something caused by the aforementioned. During the unpreventable circumstances the liability to cover any damage or do any compensation is voided. QZMasters.com is liable to inform the customer as fast as possible of any unpreventable circumstances affecting the sales contract .
QZMasters.com reserves the right to change these terms one sided without notifying the customer beforehand. All orders will follow the terms that were applied at the moment of purchase, visible at QZMasters.com’s website. All changes are immediate unless otherwise specified. The latest terms can always be found on the website. The customers will not necessarily be informed individually of these changes, e.g. via e-mail. The customer needs to always read and accept the terms before any purchase.
QZMasters.com sells products to private people who are of age (later on referred to as consumers) and to people under the age of 18 years with the approval of their legal caretakers. Ordering via any credit purchase method by a person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
QZMasters.com can also sell to organizations and to other business partners with a contract made on a case by case basis directly with the buyer.
By ordering from QZMasters.com the buyer creates a user account to the shop. The customer is responsible for providing the seller with most up to date and accurate information, as well as responsible for any mistakes in the information. How the information will be handled and protected by QZMasters.com will be elaborated under QZMasters.com’s Privacy Policy, which is also part of these terms.
The customer can access his or her account at any time to view their current order status, and to view selected purchased download products.
The customer is liable for keeping his login information a secret and not to give the information to anyone else. Any information regarding the login information must be protected by the customer, and any documents containing this information must be kept so that outside parties have no access to them. Inability to comply will lead to liability to pay for any purchases made by another person with the account holder’s information.
The customer might be sent requests to review any ordered products or be sent other questionnaires. The customer is not required to answer or to react to these inquiries.
Any damage to goods that is noticed upon receiving the product must be informed to the seller, QZMasters.com, without unnecessary delay. Damages reported after 48 hours of receiving the order, will be considered not being due to any mishandling by the sender or the courier. Any exceptions will be made on a case by case basis between a customer service representative and the customer.
Any customer account that has been used in violation to these terms can be closed without any warning.

Requests to delete any customer information will be handled in accordance with these terms, and the request will be fulfilled in accordance with Danish law and EU regulations regarding private information, and as fast as possible.
All prices shown on the pages include taxes and VAT. All product descriptions are as accurate as possible, with the information received directly from the product publisher or manufacturer. If the product price is not correct, the product will not be sold if the customer can be recognized to have understood the price not to be accurate.
Product pictures are for illustrative purposes only. The pictures might not completely reflect the state or nature or origin of the product. QZMasters.com is not responsible for any information provided by a third party.
With exception to obviously incorrect prices described in the first paragraph of this point, products will be sold at the price that was agreed upon confirming the order. Price reductions on a product are not informed to the customer, but the customer has the right to inform the seller about price reductions, and the order price can be negotiated to reflect the price reduction.
QZMasters.com is not liable for ordering products from a manufacturer in order to be able to send any product as per order request, even if the order is already confirmed. Orders with discontinued products will be refunded to the customer on a product by product basis.
You can pay by the following means of payment VISA, MasterCard or VISA Electron. All payments are charged in your local currency.
Some cards can be charged a small fee for making purchases. This is a charge levied by the card issuer NOT by QZMasters.com. Some issuing banks only charge if a foreign currency is being used - i.e. a FX charge is charged. However, this depends upon the issuer themselves.

You'll receive advance notice on e-mail when we have dispatched a product to you. Any objection must be made within 4 working days of advance notice being sent. Payments made by debit card are always protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your payment history. In the unlikely event that your card is misused in an Internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system you will be fully protected and can recover any loss incurred. As such, you are better protected than in the physical world.
The data you submit in connection with purchases paid with your credit card is encrypted (SSL). Neither QZMasters.com or others have the opportunity to read the data you provide.
If the customer holds QZMasters.com points on his or her account, the customer can use those points to lower the price of his or her order in accordance to the point terms.
When using a VISA, MasterCard or VISA Electron we will only charge your card when the goods are in stock and ready to be dispatched to you. Due to the way Solo and Maestro cards are processed by the banks, we are required to take payment in advance and regardless if a product is in stock or not.
For all card types and payments we can only charge you for the amount you have ordered and can never charge a larger amount than you have authorized and approved.

All orders are shipped from / on behalf of our warehouse provider Zoo Factory ApS (ref.: Logistic Operator); Adelgade 12, 1, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark, VAT: DK43328875 , regardless the origin of the product(s) (local warehouses, dropshipping services or otherwise). This will be listed on all packages and receipts accordingly.
At no point will Zoo Factory ApS be held responsible for any business conducted by QZMasters.com with their customers.
QZMasters.com is build with the intent to process multiple dropshipping providers through Zoo Factory ApS (ref.: Logistic Operator); both now and in the future. Zoo Factory ApS is the service provider behind the direct sales, however not liable for any issues between QZMasters.com and their customers.
This includes warranties and returns.
Delivery delays
If QZMasters.com is unable to deliver within the agreed time, the consumer must be informed within 24 hours of the reason for the delay and informed of a new delivery time. If QZMasters.com is also unable to rectify the error within a reasonable time, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase. This also applies to special orders.
QZMasters.com is a wholesale retailer concept where the end user can choose specific courier(s) and prices, based on the users basket size, weight and shipping address. QZMasters.com always provides a 'free shipping' -option, which is automatically included in the final price. Specialty items can apply an additional shipping fee, should the dimensions and/or shipping address not be applicable for the 'free shipping' -option.
Once you have placed your order, it is sent to our warehouse (local and/or third party) for processing and shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping of your order.
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express delivery: 2-4 business days
All shipping time estimates are made on the basis of the information that has been provided to QZMasters.com by the couriers which are used to ship goods, and the information that has been received from the manufacturers and publishers of the goods.
Delivery time depends on whether the product is in stock. Normal delivery times are expected to take 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Missing / delayed products: Please note that we will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost products.
If the product is not in stock, delivery time will be dependent on the time taken to source the goods from our suppliers. You can always see the status of your orders by viewing your personal account at QZMasters.com as we constantly update you with the latest information we have received from the manufacturer. Just click on "Your Account" on the left or click on the link in your Order Confirmation e-mail. You can always see the expected delivery time and inventory status on the product description before ordering.
After a product has been dispatched, we send a notification e-mail to you. The e-mail is automatically generated and sent from us, approximately one hour after any status update. Once you have received your dispatch confirmation e-mail, we will have charged your method of payment, picked and dispatched the order to the address specified on order. If after 12 business days from the date of the confirmation e-mail being sent, you do not receive your order, please contact our Customer Service -team in order to initiate an inquiry. If no contact is made, we will consider orders successfully delivered after 7 business days.
If a consignment is lost or delayed as a subsequent result of entering incorrect/wrong details on the order, QZMasters.com will not be held liable under any circumstances.
We offer a split order service on all orders at no extra cost. E.g. if an order contains two products, one of which is 'out of stock', the in stock product would be shipped immediately. The final product will be sent as soon as it is back in stock. We will deduct money from your credit card until the entire order is delivered to you.
If a product is on back order, you will automatically receive updates on the delivery time via e-mail with new information we receive directly from the manufacturer.
Orders will be dispatched on a product by product basis based on the product stock, excluding bulk products which are sent only when the whole bulk can be dispatched. This means that an order can be sent in multiple shipments on different dates.
If a shipment is delivered to a pick up location (e.g. a parcel shop), the customer is responsible for retrieving the product within the holding time. Parcels are to be picked up personally and usually require a picture ID to be handed.
The customer may cancel any not handled order through his or her QZMasters.com account. Note that the system can take up to 15 min to register the order confirmation, and during that period, cancellations might not be registered. Also, after cancelling the order the cancellation will be confirmed within 15 minutes. Successfully cancelled orders will be refunded to the customer.
A cancellation request can also be done by contacting QZMasters.com customer service and by giving a written notice of the cancellation request, either via e-mail or via the chat function. After giving the cancellation request to a QZMasters.com employee it may take up to 48h for the order to be cancelled, in which time the order may already have been sent out, thus making the cancellation void.
Orders that could have been cancelled in due time by the customer through their QZMasters.com account, but were already sent out, are not considered cancelled.
You have the right to return your purchase according to your consumer rights. The product must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it.
Under your consumer rights, you have the right to return the product, i.e. you can refuse the delivery or return the purchase, provided that the return shipment is dispatched to us within 30 days after you have received it, in its original packaging and in substantially the same condition as received.
To return a product, you will need to send the product back to us via a courier of your selection, within 30 days. Before returning, please contact our Customer Service team. You can do so by writing us an e-mail to support (a) QZMasters.com or through our HelpCenter. The product must be sent back securely in protective packaging. When you exercise this right, you might have to pay for freight to send the shipment back to us.
*Missing or damaged original packaging may result in lapses in your rights.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, since use of the product constitutes a significant impairment of the value and by putting into service can no longer be counted as being in substantially the same condition.
There are a number of cases in which the consumer does not have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal (excluded from the extended 30- and 60 day Right of Return), even if the product or service was sold online (distance selling).
This applies to the following:
- products which are specifically designed for the consumer
- tickets for, for example, concerts, theatre, flights and hotel bookings
- delivery of food, drinks or other items of general household consumption
- certain sealed goods if the seal is broken, such as sound and image recordings, computer software and goods sealed for hygiene reasons
Right of Complaint -retailers (B2B)
If you wish to exercise your right of complaint, you must submit a written complaint immediately after you have become aware of the defect and no later than one year after delivery.
Right of Cancellation -retailers (B2B)
There is no right of cancellation for Traders. The right of cancellation only applies to consumer purchases (B2C).
IMPORTANT: In connection with games and other software, products can only be returned if the outside wrapping/film has not been broken. If you have taken the product out of its original wrapping you may lapse your rights under the contract of sale.
Upon receiving the returned goods, all products will be checked to meet the conditions under the returns policy/procedure. A refund or replacement will be processed as quickly as possible. Please enclose your QZMasters.com account (normally 6 digits long) and order ID (normally 8 digits long) so we can credit your money directly to your original method of payment. Returned goods are normally processed upon their return. If your product is not refunded / returned and / or you do not hear from us within 10-15 business days, please contact us directly.
Bulk products and other bulk orders must be returned in their entirety and cannot be returned only partially. If a bulk order is returned partially, QZMasters.com reserves the right to treat the shipment as a shipment sent to the seller as a defective product, following with the 3 month waiting period described under section 8. Liability for errors.
Pack returning goods well, to avoid damage. Add a minimum 10cm of padding for products that are not in their original shipment packaging, designed by the product manufacturer for shipping. QZMasters.com is not liable for damages caused by bad or careless packaging.
No returns are accepted that are directed to be picked up by the seller from a pick up location. The customer is responsible for all aspects regarding shipments not sent directly to the seller.
Note: that an order that has been refused and returned to the sender is not considered legally to be returned. In accordance with EU law the seller must always be informed about the return in order for the refusal to be considered a return/cancellation of the order.
Extended Right of Return (60 Days): In addition to your statutory right to withdraw from your purchase, we provide an extended 60 day Right of Return as a benefit of your paid membership. The terms and conditions applicable to the statutory 30 day Right of Return also apply to the extended 60-day Right of Return.
This extended Right of Return does not affect your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase (right of withdrawal), which is outlined above.
Please note: The extended 60 day Right of Return is forfeited if the membership is inactive (beyond its expiration date), regardless of the purchase date. In such cases, the statutory 30 day Right of Return will apply.
QZMasters.com reserves the right to charge the customer for any expenses caused by the customer or resulting from actions taken by the customer, or from the lack of actions. These include but are not exclusive to extra shipping services, missing content, and unreasonable delay.
When any extra expenses are noticed, QZMasters.com will inform the customer about the expenses without unnecessary delay.
Any defective product sent to QZMasters.com for repairs or to be returned will be inspected and the possible error confirmed. After receiving the product the checkup process takes 5-7 business days. Any consecutive repair procedure can take up to 30 days, or even longer depending on the product in question and the preferred manufacturer procedure.
Damages can only be reimbursed in maximum with the full price of the original product. The reimbursement can also be lower. The reimbursement can be done either via a refund or by QZMasters.com points.
Any damage caused by using the product in an unintended way or without consulting the user manual, if one was provided, or if the damage is caused intentionally will not be covered. Opening a product will void any warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
QZMasters.com will not reimburse an order where the defect is due to an error in the original material. If a defect is subject to interpretation the responsibility for the defect falls onto the customer.
Third party modifications will void any repair service.
QZMasters.com will not reimburse any immediate or non-immediate damage caused by the defect.
Defective products sent to QZMasters.com for repairs will be recycled if not claimed back within 3 months after the repair attempt. The customer will be informed of the repair status via e-mail.
The 3 month holding period is also applied to all shipments sent to the seller with insufficient information to identify the shipment.
If the customer sends QZMasters.com a non defective product for repairs, but the product is either not defective or the damage has been caused by the customer, QZMasters.com will return the product back to customer. QZMasters.com reserves the right to charge the customer for unnecessary or unwarranted work, and for the administrative paperwork per product.
We maintain a very high level of service and will do everything in our power to improve on this whenever possible. We take complaints very seriously and will do everything we can to resolve them as quickly as possible.
For non-delivery claims regarding your order shipment, any objection must be made within 4-5 working days of the order dispatch notice being sent to your e-mail.
For shipments damaged during transport the claim needs to be raised as within 48 hours upon delivery. The damage needs to be documented. Pictures of the damage and the acknowledgement of damage from the courier can be sent to our Customer Service e-mail @ support (a) QZMasters.com. The customer is required to provide QZMasters.com with necessary documentation or information, to identify his or her order. The customer may need to prove that he or she has made the purchase with a proof of payment.
All warranties will only be handled when provided in writing. Any verbal warranty will be disregarded. Warranties can be addressed to support(a)QZMasters.com or as a letter sent to an address specified by the seller. Warranties can also be made electronically if so specified by QZMasters.com Customer Service.
Customer Service personnel cannot directly handle the claims. All warranties will be handled by the warranty department. Warranties will be, if needed, handled with more personnel involved from QZMasters.com.

QZMasters.com sometimes provides unlisted special services, agreed on a case by case basis with the customer.
All special orders, modified products, and any special services provided to the customer do not have any cancellation or right of return. Any special treatment that has already been started, will be charged if a cancellation is made after confirming the order, but prior to being provided to the customer. Any work will be tried to be stopped as soon as possible after cancellation.
Retail customers (B2B) may have a contract made which differs completely or partially with the content of these terms. All offers on site are meant for private customers only, and not for retail customers.
Sometimes there might be seasonal or otherwise temporary additional conditions that apply in addition to these terms, e.g. extended right of return -period. The additional conditions apply only for the duration that the seller has pre-defined and only for the products that are specified. When the additional conditions expire or they are cancelled, these terms are applied as listed.
Any offer limited to a quantity or to a specific product, is valid only for as long as the offer time was specified or as long as the product is sold out.
Some products may be subject to age or quantity restrictions. In these cases the customer must be ready to provide necessary information to confirm the legitimacy to receive the order either to QZMasters.com or a third party, e.g. a courier. All used products are sold “as is”.
'Stock status' is as up to date as can be seen to be reasonable, but may experience delays during heavy traffic, e.g. during sales.
The customer has the right to contest any point in these terms. Any dispute regarding these terms or how they are interpreted or applied will be solved solely by Danish law, in the closest district court to the QZMasters.com headquarters.
When you shop with us, you are covered by a Buyer Protection (often supplied by PriceRunner e.g.). This means that your purchase is protected up to a certain amount, if problems arise in connection with your purchase. The Buyer Protection scheme is free and applies to all registered members (Seller).
If you are not already a member (e.g. at PriceRunner), you can still benefit from the Buyer Protection by registering within one hour of your purchase. Becoming a member is free of charge and takes only a few minutes.
With the Buyer Protection in place, you receive compensation for damaged goods, if the goods are not delivered, if an individual product is missing on delivery or if the goods are incorrect. In order for the Buyer Protection to apply, the order must be addressed to you as a private person.
The Buyer Protection covers you as a customer for both purchase and shipping costs and for any direct financial damage you have suffered. No compensation is paid for depreciation, loss of revenue or other direct or indirect costs.
QZMasters.com memberships give you access to special offers, unique product prices etc.. It is optional whether you want to shop as a registered member at QZMasters.com. The membership is an option, which you actively make while placing the order, or directly using the registration pages (upgrade). It will be indicated in your e-mail and directly on your account if you have selected a membership.
The memberships give you access to special offers and discounts on products at QZMasters.com. In fact, we are so confident in our prices that if you find the price cheaper anywhere else, we will match that price. This applies to all paying members*.
Members have access to a special hotline (you will find the number in your order confirmation, or through your account after activating your membership). Our phones are open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday from 9am to 4pm Please remember to have your order number ready when contacting support (English Customer Service).
Our service is invoiced on a dynamic varied period (monthly/bi-weekly or weekly basis), using your selected method of paymebt, and charged on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your paid membership (period). This is to ensure that all users have uninterrupted access to the website. In some cases, the time of your invoice may change, for example if your Payment Method has not been fully established or your paying membership began on a day that is not included in a given month. If you have pre-paid for a month but decide to cancel your membership, the membership will continue until the end of the pre-paid period.

We may change the price for the services, including recurring subscription fees, the pre-paid period (for periods not yet paid), from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance (7 days prior) and if applicable, how to decline those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the services prior to the price change taking effect.
You will receive confirmation via e-mail from noreply @ QZMasters.com when you have completed the payment, and always have access to your order history at QZMasters.com through your account. Private individuals who are 18 years or older can sign up for memberships. Most products will have a maximum purchase of one per product at a time, per membership, as purchases are often below the wholesale prices. One membership is permitted per household and it is thus not permitted to create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to post-invoice the normal selling price for non-members when purchasing more than one of the same item within 30 days.
By subscribing, you give QZMasters.com permission to charge the agreed amount in advance on a monthly/bi-weekly or weekly basis (depending on the membership -type). You may revoke your permission to charge the amount to your card, at any time.
You may also dispute "unauthorized charges" to your card provider (issuing bank), however, no later than eight weeks after the charge, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.
When changing the membership price at QZMasters.com, you will be informed by e-mail from noreply @ QZMasters.com as well as on your QZMasters.com account.
You may cancel your membership(*) at any time, and you will continue to have access to QZMasters.com until the end of your monthly invoicing period. We do not refund or credit any commenced membership periods or part thereof. To cancel your membership, go to the "Profile/Account" page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of the current invoicing period. You may also contact Customer Service by e-mail before the period expires.
* It is not possible to cancel your membership within the first 24 hours due to the registration process in our systems.
If your payment card expires soon or has expired, you can enter your new card number on your QZMasters.com account and thereby secure your continued membership. Products ordered during the membership period will be delivered, even after the membership period may have ended.
You must pay the full amount for the entire selected membership period and subsequent subscription charges, unless the subscription has been terminated in the meantime, cf. the above rules for cancellation.

This includes uploading a national insurance card, utility bill, driving license or passport which will be compared to the information entered and, then approved in the system. Any upload to QZMasters.com of sensitive personal information will be deleted immediately upon approval.
*If you do not accept your welcome gift within 14 days, you forfeit your right to claim it.
Welcome gifts are only sent to members of QZMasters.com who are residents of Australia. QZMasters.com will not send welcome gifts or prizes to countries outside of Australia. We will ship your welcome gift or prize in connection with the campaign free of charge, if this is applicable.
Winnings (e.g. coins) in online games are taxable as personal income. The user is thus responsible for reporting these winnings on their own. QZMasters.com is not responsible for any negligence in this regard (1 coin = $0.05).
